Carolina BBQ

I read in the paper today that governors Kathleen Sebelius of Kansas and Mike Easely of North Carolina are wagering barbecue on tomorrow's game. Ms. Sebelius is placing some Fiorella Jackstack BBQ on the table, and the source of Mr. Easely's "Q" is unknown. I'd like to know the name Gov. Easely's favorite BBQ restaurant, but in North Carolina, revealing this info. might alienate voters. There's probably passionate debate over who has the best Q in North Carolina. Kansans for the most part don't get as charged about their BBQ as Carolinians.

For the record, the majority of the great BBQ in my region comes from the Missouri side of Kansas City.
